14-day Trial	The same FiberAtlas features for 14 days of editing. After expiry, opening, reviewing, measuring, printing and exporting remain available.	Confirm your email to download. The device keeps its original Trial start date.

Full and Trial each offer Setup and Portable packages for Windows x64. PoleLab remains separate development work.

Full edition

Existing invited users can download the Full edition from the FiberAtlas Hub. A valid Full license key is required for editing. Existing access rules remain in place.

Before you begin

Trial access is limited to 14 days from the original first run on the device. Downloading again does not restart an expired Trial. The website's download access lasts 24 hours after confirmation.

Evaluation scope: Windows 11, local storage, and PDF output. Shared drives and physical printers are not yet verified. Keep independent backups.

FiberAtlas stores project files locally; online basemap and address-search services contact their providers. Raw provider basemap tiles are not included in exported project packages. User-authored unknown states remain unknown. This is a pre-release evaluation, not production certification, construction approval, or engineering approval.

FiberAtlas Beta 2.0 RC1 user manual

The September 14 reference guide covers projects, mapping, splicing, optical equipment, network tests, field evidence, saved history, printing, exchange, recovery and feedback. It predates the RC2 workflow; see the new riser instructions for mixed aerial and buried routes.

Support and compatibility

RC2 evaluation targets Windows 11 x64 and local project storage. Online maps and address search need internet access. Keep independent project backups. Shared drives, physical printers, broader Windows versions and upgrade combinations still need verification.

For help, email fiberatlasapp@gmail.com or use the feedback page. Include RC2, your edition, Windows version, the steps taken and what happened. Use a small fictional example or remove customer information before sharing files. Invited users can also submit tracked reports in the Hub.

The new physical splice workflow and riser/span overlays are not yet shown in printed maps. Read the riser instructions and dated verification results. The September reference manual remains available and predates these additions.
