The links open a draft in your email app. Review it and send when you are ready. If an email app does not open, use your usual email service and write to fiberatlasapp@gmail.com.

No invitation code is needed to email feedback.

Make a problem easier to reproduce

  1. Include the version and build from Help → About FiberAtlas.
  2. Describe one problem and the shortest steps that cause it. Mention whether it happens every time.
  3. If useful, open Help → Report a problem — local file, fill out the note, select Review report, then Save local report. This saves a file on your computer; it does not send it.
  4. Review your report and any screenshot before attaching them yourself. Remove customer names, addresses, project paths, credentials, and other private information.

Please keep original project files and field records local unless you deliberately decide to share them. A small fictional example is often enough to explain a problem.

Already an invited tester?

You can still sign in to the Beta Hub to submit a tracked report or complete a test mission. Public Trial download access and invited-tester access are separate.
