Philip Kemmler.
Close to the work.
Creator of FiberAtlas. Founder of Kemmler Engineering. More than 20 years across broadband field work, OSP design, and engineering leadership.
Practical tools start with practical experience.
Philip’s career has carried him from broadband installation and network troubleshooting into OSP field engineering, drawing production, permitting coordination, and engineering management.
At Kelly Cable of New Mexico, he progressed from OSP Engineer and Lead Drafter to Engineering Manager. Earlier roles with AT&T Internet Services, GW Communication Solutions, and TruNet Communications built a working understanding of how field conditions, design decisions, and project records fit together.
FiberAtlas grows out of that experience: a place to keep user-authored maps, assets, splice records, field information, and handoff documents connected.
